We’re always looking for military spouses, girlfriends, and supporters of the military community who genuinely love the brand and want to help spread the word.

How the Program Works:

  • 1. Apply

    Fill out the application through our affiliate platform powered by Shopify Collabs.

    During the application you will:

    • Answer a few short questions

    • Connect one social media account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

    Connecting a social account simply allows us to view your audience and engagement.

    Commission is NOT tracked through your social media accounts.

    All commission tracking happens through:

    • Your affiliate link
    • Your affiliate discount code

  • 2. Get Approved

    If your application is accepted, you will receive an acceptance email from Hello Milso.

    This email confirms you’ve been approved as an affiliate.

  • 3. Access Your Affiliate Dashboard

    To find your affiliate link or discount code, you must log into Shopify Collabs using the same link you used to apply above.

    From your Collabs dashboard you will be able to:

    • Copy your affiliate link

    • View your discount code

    • Track clicks and sales

    • Monitor your commission earnings

  • 4. Start Sharing

    Once approved, you can begin sharing Hello Milso with your audience using your:

    • Affiliate link

    • Discount code

    Your followers will receive 15% off their order, and you’ll earn 10% commission on every purchase made through your link or code.

How do I find my affiliate link?

After you are accepted, log into Shopify Collabs using the same link you used to apply above.

Inside your dashboard you will find:

• Your affiliate link

• Your commission tracking

How do I get paid?

Affiliate commissions are paid through Shopify Collabs, which securely handles all tracking and payments.

Commission Holding Period

All affiliate commissions have a 30-day holding period before they become eligible for payout.

This holding period exists in case an order is:

• Refunded
• Cancelled
• Charged back

If an order is refunded or cancelled during this time, the commission for that order will be removed.

Once the 30-day holding period passes, the commission becomes available for payout.

Setting Up Your Payouts

To receive payments, affiliates must activate automatic payments inside their Shopify Collabs account.

After being accepted into the affiliate program:

  1. Log into your Shopify Collabs dashboard
  2. Go to Payout Settings
  3. Enable Automatic Payments
  4. Connect your preferred payout method

Shopify Collabs allows creators to choose how they would like to receive their payouts.

Payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer

• PayPal

• Other options depending on your region

All payouts are processed directly through Shopify Collabs, not through Hello Milso.

Tracking Your Earnings

You can track everything inside your Shopify Collabs dashboard, including:

• Clicks from your affiliate link

• Orders generated from your link or code

• Pending commissions

• Approved commissions

• Payout history

Important Payment Notes

• Commissions only apply to completed and non-refunded orders

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back will not qualify for commission

• Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases

Any commission earned from a personal purchase using your own affiliate link or code will be removed and may result in removal from the affiliate program.

When Will I Receive My Payment?

Payments are issued automatically through Shopify Collabs once:

• The 30-day holding period has passed

• Automatic payments are enabled

• Your payout method has been connected

If automatic payments are not activated, payouts cannot be processed.

If You Have Payment Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your commission or payout, please contact us and include:

• Your affiliate name

• The order number in question

What happens if someone forgets to use my code?

Unfortunately we cannot manually add commission to orders that were not placed using your affiliate link or code.

To receive commission, customers must check out using your affiliate link or discount code.

Can I share my code anywhere?

Yes! Affiliates can promote their code or link on:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Blogs
• Facebook groups
• Email lists
• Personal websites

Just make sure the link or code is clearly shared so purchases can be tracked.

How much commission do I earn?

Affiliates earn 10% commission on every sale made through their link or code.

Do I have to connect a social media account?

Yes. Shopify Collabs requires at least one connected social account during the application.

This only allows us to view your audience.

Commission tracking does NOT happen through your social media.

Do I need a large following to apply?

No. We accept creators of all sizes. We care more about genuine interest in the brand and community.

Can I use my own code for commission?

No.

Affiliates may not use their own link or code to earn commission on personal purchases.

Doing so will result in the commission being removed and may result in removal from the affiliate program.

Do you send free products?

No.

At this time Hello Milso does not offer gifted collaborations or free samples.

Can my followers stack my code with other discounts?

No. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
